Deborah McVey Ltd is a provider of services and products for the further education and skills sector. Our work includes a variety of services such as consultancy, coaching, training, inspection and review work, and we develop learning packages and support materials such as teaching and learning DVDs. Much of our work centres around quality improvement with a large majority focused on improving teaching and learning. Our philosophy is to put learners at the heart of what we do, and we aim to ensure that our work contributes to better futures for learners. We take a positive, supportive approach to all our work and seek to build close working relationships with our clients. We seek to develop client independence and, through coaching, support teams to better help themselves.
